Montreal, September 24, 2024 - Bradley & Rollins, a Montreal-based company with a worldwide reputation in the cyber defense sector, announces that its President, Mr. Bertrand Milot, has become the company's sole shareholder.
This transition is part of the many initiatives deployed over recent months to transform Bradley & Rollins into a high-performance organization, in response to emerging market trends.As principal shareholder and President, Mr. Milot will guide the entire team into a new phase to raise standards of excellence and consolidate commitment and adaptability to customers and their organizations.
New management team
The new, more experienced and agile executive team, presented below, will now report to Mr. Milot:
Hind Ayouni, Managing Director, Finance (CFO), with 24 years' experience in finance, specializing in the development of corporate revenue strategies.
Fabrice Francioli, General Manager, Operations (COO), with over 33 years' experience in cybersecurity.
Alireza Tavakoli, Director, Offensive and Defensive Operations and Incident Response.
Jocelyn Brouillard, Director, Risk Management and Compliance
Rémi Bigard, Project Manager, Innovation, Research and Development
